Bio

Charity is a Principal Broker in the state of Oregon and has been licensed since 1997. She gives 100% representation to her clients (not something you see very often), and personally assists with all of their Real Estate needs, whether it’s Buying, Selling or Investing. She specializes in all areas of Lane County, including Single Family and Multi-Family Homes, Farms & Ranches, Vacant Land, Apartment Buildings, Developments, Building Conversions, 1031 Exchanges, New Construction, and Flips. Because of her experience and success, she has been hired by some of the top Seminar Companies in the country to create coaching programs, and teach other agents how to run a successful Real Estate Business. Charity’s commitment to professionalism, excellence and remarkable customer service makes her one of the most knowledgeable and successful Real Estate Brokers in Lane County.

Charity was diagnosed with breast cancer in late 2017, just two days after her sister’s funeral who passed from cancer. Charity went through five months of weekly chemo, two surgeries and daily radiation for six weeks between January and November of 2018. Charity was not going to let cancer interfere with her passion for Real Estate, or her client’s needs, so she continued to work during this time. She says being able to do what she loved during a very difficult time helped her through those bad days. We are happy to report that Charity officially became cancer free in June 2019.

With all the love and support she received from her family, friends and clients during her cancer journey, Charity knew she wanted to give back to her community. In 2019, she became a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), where she helps and advocates for children in the DHS system. She is a strong supporter an donor of Oregon Cancer Foundation and assists with their yearly Bras For Cause Fashion Show & Fundraiser. Because of their support during her own diagnosis, Charity donates a portion of every sale to help others in Lane County who are battling cancer.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her very large family. She loves traveling with her 27-year-old daughter, creating priceless memories all over the world, and cuddling with her Yorkie, Theo, and her Chihuahua, ChiChi.

“My goal is for each and every client to have a Real Estate Experience that exceeds their expectations.” – Charity Crosby
